How it works?
1. Choose service
Choose between incorporation, changes or migration services.
2. Make a Payment
After selection make a payment by following the instructions on the page.
3. Fill in Form
On the provided email you will receive a Google Form you should fill in with the details for your Service.
4. Document Singing
It takes up to 24 hours to receive your specific documents with signing instructions on your email. You sign and email back to us.
5. Waiting period
Our lawyer submits the documents same day and the Commercial Register processes them in 1-2 working days. Changes require 3 business days from the day of the submission.
6. Service successful update
Once finalized your service details will be visible online in the Commercial Register. Details about owner, director, capital, address etc are public.
