1. Document Preparation

  • Once you select the service and complete the payment, you will receive an email confirmation with link to a form by email. Fill in the form with your desired company details.
  • If we receive your request and completed form before 10:30 AM (Mon-Fri), the incorporation documents are sent on the next day by 5 PM (Mon-Fri).
  • Requests received after 10:30 AM or weekends are prepared and sent in 2 business days.

2. Signing & Capital Deposit

  • The timeline then depends on how quickly you can:

- arrange a notary / Embassy appointment;

- sign the documents;

- deposit the company capital into the bank account.


3. Submission to the Commercial Register

  • Once we receive all signed documents and the bank receipt, the company application is submitted to the Bulgarian Commercial Register on the same day if received before 3:00 PM (Mon-Fri). If received after 3:00 PM or weekends the documents are submitted on the next business day.

4. Register Processing

  • The Commercial Register usually processes the incorporation within approximately 1–2 business days after submission.

5. Estimated Overall Timeline

In most cases, the company is incorporated within approximately 2–5 business days, depending mainly on the speed of signing and capital deposit arrangements.

  1. Passport / ID + Bulgarian Residence (if any) copy of shareholder(s) and directors
  2. Company name (if name is busy we will inform you to provide an alternative)
  3. Scope of activity
  4. Capital amount in EUR (minimum is 25,000 EUR)
  5. Company address (if you did not buy our address service)
  1. Specimens should be signed by the Directors in front of a notary or Bulgarian Embassy.
  2. If signed in front of a foreign notary should have a legalized translation to Bulgarian (Greece, Italy, Spain, France, Austria, Cyprus, China, Russia, Ukraine, Libiya etc.).
  3. If the notary's jurisdiction does not have a double-treaty with Bulgaria (United States,United Kingdom, Netherlands, Turkey etc.), => it should have apostille, as well.
  4. If the jurisdiction is not part to the Hague Convention + has no double treaty with Bulgaria (Canada, Egypt, Morocco, Thailand, Iran, Qatar, UAE etc.) => the declaration should be legalized with the local Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Bulgarian Embassy there and then be translated.
