Liquidation of LLC

End-to-end support for the voluntary liquidation of a Bulgarian Limited Liability Company. The service includes appointment of a liquidator, preparation of liquidation documents, and registration of all stages with the Commercial Register. The price includes all applicable fees payable to the Bulgarian Commercial Register. Not included in the price are notary fees, fees for official translations, and legalization/apostille costs, if such services are required.

Accounting documents are not included in the price. In case you do not have accountant - we can arrange individualised offer for the accounting documents preparation with our accountant.

The entire process takes between 8 and 9 months. There is a fixed waiting period of up to 60 days for National Revenue Agency approval for start and 6 months waiting period for Creditors.

Active Bulgarian Company.

Your accountant should provide:

  1. Final Zero Balance as of the end date of liquidation
  2. ⁠⁠Liquidator's Report as of the end date of liquidation
  3. ⁠⁠Full Report for the liquidation as of the end date of liquidation
  4. ⁠⁠Social Institute Certificate for labour contracts delivery
