  1. Passport / ID and Bulgarian Residence (if any) copy of shareholder(s) and director
  2. Company name (idf name is busy we will inform you to provide an alternative)
  3. Scope of activity
  4. Capital amount in EUR (minimum is 1 EUR)
  5. Company address (if you did not buy our address service)
  1. Declaration 260c should be signed by the Director/s in front of a notary or Bulgarian Embassy prior to the company registration.
  2. Declaration for Real Owners should be signed by the Director/s in front of a notary or Bulgarian Embassy after the company registration.
  3. If signed in front of a foreign notary should have a legalized translation to Bulgarian (Greece, Italy, Spain, France, Austria, Cyprus, China, Russia, Ukraine, Libiya etc.).
  4. If the notary's jurisdiction does not have a double-treaty with Bulgaria (United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Turkey etc.), => it should have apostille, as well.
  5. If the jurisdiction is not part to the Hague Convention + has no double treaty with Bulgaria (Canada, Egypt, Morocco, Thailand, Iran, Qatar, UAE etc.) => the declaration should be legalized with the local Ministry of Foreign Affairs and theBulgarian Embassy there and then be translated.

Q: Can a VCC be registered remotely?
A: The director of a VCC shall appear physically in front of a notary or Bulgarian Embassy twice. One time before company formation, one time after. Everything else can be done remotely.

A: No, there is no need to deposit the capital.

Q: What is the legal basis for VCC incorporation?
A: Art. 260a from the Bulgarian Commercial Act.
