How is the estimate calculated?
Each transfer price is run through the Bulgarian notary tariff for combined certification of signatures and content, then 20% VAT is added. The total is the sum of the notary fees for each separate agreement.
Why are agreements calculated separately?
When share transfers are documented through separate agreements, each agreement is notarised individually. Because the notary tariff is progressive by value, separate agreements can produce a different total than one combined contract.
Does this include all notary-related costs?
The estimate covers the notary fee for the combined certification of signatures and content plus 20% VAT. It does not include Commercial Register filing fees, attorney fees, translations, apostilles, or consular fees.
