Assistance for registering changes in an existing Bulgarian company, such as changes of management, registered address, business activity, or other statutory data. The service includes document preparation and filing with the Commercial Register by a licensed lawyer.

We prepare the documents same day you fill in the form you will receive by email. The company changes will be submitted to the Commercial Register the same day we receive the documents from you and be publicly visible in 3 business days.

  1. Passport / ID + Bulgarian Residence (if any) copy of shareholder(s) and director
  2. Company number
  3. New data to be registered (activity / address / name /capital director/s)

* For capital increase depending on increase type more documents will be necessary. For capital increase based on bank deposit - bank receipt with stamp and signature is sufficient.

Simple signature is sufficient besides for change of Director when notary signature is required.

For hiring new Director:

  1. Declaration 141 should be signed by the Director/s in front of a notary or Bulgarian Embassy.
  2. If signed in front of a foreign notary should have a legalized translation to Bulgarian (Greece, Italy, Spain, France, Austria, Cyprus, China, Russia, Ukraine, Libiya etc.).
  3. If the notary's jurisdiction does not have a double-treaty with Bulgaria (United States,United Kingdom, Netherlands, Turkey etc.), => it should have apostille, as well.
  4. If the jurisdiction is not part to the Hague Convention + has no double treaty with Bulgaria (Canada, Egypt, Morocco, Thailand, Iran, Qatar, UAE etc.) => the declaration should be legalized with the local Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Bulgarian Embassy there and then be translated.
